Media Resource Downloader

High-precision detection and batch download of images, audio, and video from any page.

See every image, audio and video file on the page you’re looking at, preview them, and save the ones you want — one by one or in batches. Built for people who need reference assets, QA evidence or their own content out of a page without opening DevTools.

No account. No ads. No analytics. Scanning and downloading run locally in your browser; the only server it contacts is the Pro licence check.

Who it’s for

  • Content & creative teams capturing reference assets
  • QA and support engineers reproducing media issues
  • Researchers and individual collectors who want clean, organized downloads of material they’re allowed to keep

What it finds

  • Images: <img> pictures and CSS background images, with their on-page size
  • Audio and Video: <audio> / <video> elements and their <source> files, plus video poster frames
  • It reads the page you are on. It does not capture network streams, so blob: / HLS / DRM video (most big streaming sites) and content inside iframes are not detected.

What you can do

  • Scan the current page; refresh after scrolling or when the page changes
  • Browse by Images / Audio / Video, with thumbnails and a details panel (size, format, dimensions, address)
  • Zoom and drag in the image viewer; play audio and video before saving
  • Smart filters: hide duplicate URLs, minimum width/height, search by name or URL
  • Select items or “Select All” per tab and download them in one go
  • Full-view window for long lists
  • Interface in English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, French, Japanese and German

Free & Pro

  • Free: scanning, previews, filters, selecting and downloading files
  • Pro (one-time, lifetime): ZIP packaging, CSV export, auto-refresh (10–180 s), dark theme, larger previews with resolution labels, priority support

Install

Add it from the Chrome Web Store, pin the icon, and click it on any page. Developer builds can be loaded from chrome://extensions/ with Load unpacked.
